“Herbs are my passion and joy. My grandfather taught me about herbs when I was a child. I first began actively using them when my two children had a cold, cough, or scraped knee. I wanted to know the cause of the problem and I tried to avoid conventional drugs. I learned that by using herbs and understanding the power of nature, one can manage many health problems without chemicals. I’ve been studying herbs and their powers for eight years. I see it as an exploration with infinite possibilities.”

Stroll with our English park with the friendly, highly acclaimed chef of Piano Nobile, visit his secret cellar and smokehouse, the garden, and the places where he collects the best of nature’s gifts for his dishes. Honza will then show you what delicacies can be conjured up with the first spring herbs. Those interested can also become Honza's assistants.
The program is available for guests of the hotel, Piano Nobile, and the MCELY BOUQUET SPA free of charge.
