“I love flowers, flowering trees and shrubs, and all the plants and herbs. I also love good food and drink. All my life I’ve searched for a way to combine these two passions. I seem to have found it and I want to share and pass on my joy for edible flowers and plants,” says Jana Vlková.

Cooking Show with Executive Chef Honza Štěrba
Come and see how best to conjure up delicacies from edible flowers and herbs in the hands of the charming renowned chef of Piano Nobile. Honza will take inspiration from Jana Vlková’s recipes from her new book Eating Dandelions.

The program is available for guests of the hotel, Piano Nobile, and the MCELY BOUQUET SPA free of charge. The seminar is held in Czech.
