Botanical seminar and culinary workshop with Jana Vlková, creator of the Edible Flowers seminars, workshops, and cookbook.

May is the time of ebullient growth of flowering weeds, herbs, and other tasty plants. Join us in our park and learn more about identifying and gathering leaves and the first edible spring blossoms.

Program - 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • introduction and tasting of local flower liqueurs
  • walk in the garden, botanical talk
  • gathering plants for the culinary workshop
  • preparation of fresh cheese or butter using flowers

The program is open to guests of the hotel, Piano Nobile, and the MCELY BOUQUET SPA free of charge. Should you be interested, please reserve your place in advance. A minimum of eight participants is required in order for the class to take place. The seminar is held in Czech.
