What meeting spaces do you offer?
We offer several conference halls of varying sizes to suit your needs. A comprehensive overview of all spaces, including dimensions and layout options, can be found [here]. Our most sought-after venue is the Golden Hall on the first floor, featuring expansive windows and a private terrace.

Is it possible to host an event without accommodation (day sessions only)?
Certainly. We are delighted to welcome you for single-day events without the requirement of an overnight stay.

What technical equipment is included in the room rental?
All halls are equipped with high-end essentials as standard:

  • High-speed Wi-Fi
  • Data projector and screen
  • Flipchart with paper and markers
  • Stationery folders and pens for all participants
  • Air conditioning
  • Fresh drinking water (replenished throughout the day)

Do you provide sound systems?
Sound systems and microphones are available exclusively within the Piano Nobile restaurant, which comprises three interconnected, prestigious halls. If your event requires audio reinforcement or microphones, this space serves as the ideal solution.

Do you offer on-site catering or coffee breaks?
Our award-winning restaurant, Piano Nobile, manages all on-site gastronomy —from morning coffee breaks and working lunches to gala dinners. Bespoke menus are crafted by Executive Chef Honza Štěrba and his team using seasonal ingredients sourced from local suppliers.

May we bring our own catering?
As Chateau Mcely is home to the esteemed Piano Nobile restaurant, we do not permit external catering services.

Is parking available on-site?
Complimentary parking is provided for all guests. We offer ample parking capacity within the secure, gated grounds of the chateau.

How many and what types of rooms are available?
Chateau Mcely offers 24 unique rooms and suites, each individually designed and named. Our total capacity is 55 guests. All rooms are doubles; two can be configured as twin rooms, and our suites include a comfortable extra bed. We would be happy to provide a detailed rooming list and recommendations during your planning phase.

What happens if the chateau’s capacity is insufficient for the whole group?
For larger groups, we collaborate with partner hotels in the immediate vicinity to accommodate additional guests. We will personally assist with all arrangements to ensure your group remains as close to Chateau Mcely as possible.

Do you provide organizational support during event preparation?
Our experienced team provides comprehensive, bespoke event coordination at no additional cost—from the initial inquiry to the final farewell. This allows you to enjoy a completely seamless and worry-free experience.

Do you offer an accompanying program or teambuilding activities?
Chateau Mcely and the surrounding St George Forest offer a wide variety of authentic activities and experiences for corporate groups. We are happy to recommend a program tailored to your group’s character and event objectives.

Can you arrange transportation for participants?
To ensure a comfortable journey for your entire group, we can arrange shared coach transportation. This service is particularly ideal for groups arriving from Prague (approximately a 45-minute drive). We can discuss specific logistical options during the planning of your event.

How do I begin planning a corporate event at Chateau Mcely?

How do I obtain a price proposal for my event?
Simply contact us with your basic details—date, number of participants, type of event, and any specific requirements. Our coordinators will prepare a bespoke proposal for you within 24 hours (excluding weekends).
