Day 1

Day 2

  2. Forest therapy in the St. George Forest
    Spending time in the forest will boost your immunity for a whole month!
    Forest therapy is a research-based way of promoting health and mental well-being through contact with the forest or other natural environments. It’s a way to use our fundamental biological and historical connection with nature to heal ourselves and the relationship between humans and nature. During this immersive experience, participants are guided through a series of “invitations” to awaken their senses, slow down, and cultivate their perception of the present and their relationship with nature. Forest therapy is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, translated as “forest bath”, which is spending time in wooded areas to promote health, well-being and happiness. It has many health and mental benefits, including eliminating and preventing stress, boosting the immune system, lowering blood pressure, and promoting concentration, imagination, and creativity.

  6. Evening music bath
    Music Baths are effective and beneficial for the whole body physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. What can you expect during the Music Bath? You lie fully clothed on a mat, covered with a blanket, for the duration of the bath. We will listen to musical instruments from around the world: shrutibox, singing and crystal bowls, shamanic drum, Indian flute, sundrum, and more. My intuitive singing will accompany you through the bath, designed to relax your body and mind. In this state of deep relaxation, the body can heal and harmonize itself. During the bath, energy blocks can be released; you can breathe better, relax deeply, gain insight, and listen to your intuition - your heart. You can experience relief from pain; you may be able to fall asleep and sleep better after the bath; you can more fully perceive yourself and others and the world inside and around you.

  4. Introduction to meditation in the English park and end of the program
    Discover the power of meditation, offer your body more peace and joy and less stress. The seminar is intended for all those with an active mind and an active lifestyle who would like to learn more about meditation to support the experience of joy and peace in life. At the seminar, you’ll learn how meditation supports the functioning of the body and brain and how it eliminates chronic stress. Stress is a significant cause of illness, anxiety, insomnia, addiction, obesity, and reduced well-being. You will also deepen your understanding of how meditation can help you free yourself from conditioned patterns of behavior that prevent you from reaching your full potential for fulfillment, joy, and well-being in everyday life. You will learn the difference between meditation and mindfulness. You will learn to use simple mindfulness techniques for acute stress work and as a gateway to meditation.

We recommend spending your leisure time resting and relaxing at the MCELY BOUQUET SPA and taking walks in the English park or the nearby St George Forest.
